    The good thingsIklim riset yang berkembang di dukung dengan SDM dan fasilitas yang baik, memiliki akses pada pembuat kebijakan, ikut serta dalam proyek-proyek nasional yang mendukung program kerja pemerintahan, memiliki kesempatan untuk terus mengenal banyak orang dalam multi-latar belakang keilmuan yang beragam, banyak kesempatan belajar yang diperoleh setiap tahunnya sejak 2014 hingga September 2021.
    The challengesPada dasarnya, proyek yang dikerjakan setiap tahun terus mengalami perubahan tergantung dari target tahunan yang menjadi fokus pemerintah, sehingga perubahan segera dalam waktu yang sangat cepat sangat dinamis terjadi. Kesulitan disini diartikan sebagai tantangan untuk belajar cepat dan menjawab tantangan perubahan tersebut agar mendukung proyek yang akan dilakukan, yang berubah setiap tahunnya.

    The good thingsThere are a lot of experience that can be learned here, such as new technology, new people, handling officials, learning other technologies which apart or totally different from our expertise. Good environment and life-work balanced.
    The challengesThere are a lot of things that can be learned but the people aren't that great at communicating. They are good colleagues but one has to thrive , mostly , alone. This caused some inconsistency of information's dissemination among the staffs. And as expected, working in government needs to follow certain bureaucracy and sometimes, it is a long list.
