Agape software is able to develop all your software requirements from front end to back office systems.Agape Software has developed information technology for numerous well known motor dealers.With our professional staff we are managing more than 100 of dealers motor showroom spread throughout Indonesia in major locations such as Jakarta, Bandung, Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi, Yogyakarta and Bali.We first implemented an Integrated Desktop Application, which understood each independent showroom. Following o­n from this we developed a more advanced system that can meet the demands of retail companies with more than o­ne integrated showroom. The new system can provide reliable and secure daily o­nline transactions, offering customers more efficient information systems to improve business.

    The good things- Kantor ber-AC dan bersih. - Kerja disediakan komputer. - Teman-teman programmer baik dan kompak.
    The challenges- Karena perusahaan milik perseorangan, jadi pemilik bisa seenaknya memecat orang hanya karena kerjaan tidak sesuai target. Sedangkan jika resign harus one month notice. - Target pekerjaan yang tidak realistis. - Pemilik mudah emosi, jika ada sesuatu yang membuat dia marah, maka satu kantor akan kena imbasnya. - Penggajian selalu terlambat dan kadang dipotong karena alasan yang tidak jelas. - Manajemen kurang bagus dan bermuka dua. - Ada 2 gap di dalam kantor, yaitu gap management dan gap programmer. - Tidak ada programmer yang betah lama disini, ada beberapa yang cuma tahan 1minggu, yang 1 hari langsung keluar juga ada, parah. - Tidak ada asuransi kesehatan, bahkan BPJS Kesehatan juga tidak ada. - Tidak ada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. - Ketika mengajukan resign, gaji bulan terakhir tidak diberikan. - Karyawan memilih resign secara tiba-tiba dikarenakan gaji bulan terakhir tidak akan dibayarkan. - Karyawan management kurang baik dan bermuka dua. - Pemilik sering memaki-maki karyawan programmer dengan bahasa yang kasar. - Visi dan misi perusahaan tidak jelas.
