    The good thingsLearned new things, Get to manage large-scale project.
    The challengesLow Salary, unpaid overtime, late paycheck without notice and apologies, paycheck cut without consent, bad management, worst working environment, overtime dinner up to 15K (very unreasonable and unacceptable), unpaid works on weekends, no increase salary, no health insurance whatsoever.

    Forced to work Long Hours
    The good thingsGood team, Good people, Learn a lot of stuff along side with developers and others.
    The challengesForced to work long hours without any payment, even forced to work at weekend, always late at paycheck, paycheck cut without confirmation, a lot of stress, bad management, and lack of appreciation.
