    The challengesPersaingan dengan kompetitor dalam berbagai project. Perlu diperluas jaringan lagi ke perusahaan-perusahaan external (non-GA Group) agar mendapatkan opportunity yang lebih luas dalam memenangkan project-project yang ada.

    The good thingsBekerja disini saya bisa beribadah sholat zuhur dan ashar dengan tepat waktu dan terdapat dapur yang bersih sehingga bisa digunakan untuk tempat makan siang atau untuk ngopi sehingga stress berkurang

    The good thingsUntuk kekompakan kerja tim sangat bagus dan kenaikan karir butuh proses yang ketat namun memberikan pengalaman yang bagus. Semua tim di unit divisi ASYST ramah tamah dan mudah bergaul. Untuk kinerja ASYST adalah 24/7 dan responsif terhadap kendala IT di Garuda.
    The challengesUntuk naik jenjang karir ke karyawan tetap butuh lebih dari 3 thn selama jadi pegawai kontrak. Setiap pergantian manajemen CEO baru, sering mengalami perubahan drastis terhadap kebijakan gaji dan fisilitas. Tergantung dari request Direksi Garuda ke CEO ASYST.

    The good thingsFlexible working hours, All-in Health Insurance, Shuttle Buses to and from the office. Good place to work for family men. Just make sure to be hired as permanent employee.
    The challengesThe way the company treat contract employee could be a lot better. It's also not easy (if not hard) for career and skills development. Opportunities for trainings don't come as often and when you do request for them, it's usually not approved (not always the case though).

    The challengesYou can explore your skills in here, work together with other division to handle airline project, you can learn about airline business process in here too which is great and i don't think the competitor can learn about this. Especially you're working on Garuda Indonesia group.

    The good thingsTerdapat fasilitas : Asuransi BPJS Inhealth Akses Internet Yang Cepat Laptop Untuk Bekerja Hardisk Ekternal Untuk Bekerja Driver yang bisa membantu kita ke lapangan kerja. Bus jemput untuk yang tempat tinggalnya jauh Contoh : Cawang Parkir Kendaraan Pribadi Gratis Kantor Yang nyaman dan tim yg kekeluargaan Ada uang lembur, dan terkadang dapat uang bonus jika perusahaan sedang bagus pemasukannya. Perpaduan IT(Informasi Teknologi) dengan Aviasi Penerbangan yang membuat saya betah kerja disini.
