    The good thingsProfessionalism as a recruiting from them and also giving the candidates to exploring and representation background from the portfolio and also their questioning to the candidates. Job description explained same as the interview and posted on Jobstreet.
    The challengesThere's something problematics and bias of reviewing & screening the potential candidates and unfamiliar step by step of screening candidates such as over one month process, they are not cutting of if the candidates is not recommended, but they are still ongoing to interview with user and the general manager and it's supposed to be unmatched candidates.
