Adyabina saya diperlakukan dengan baik oleh atasan dan pihak HRD. mereka mau mendengarkan dan memahami situasi karyawan. mereka dapat melihat masalah karyawan dari sisi yang objektif, lebih tepatnya mereka memiliki sikap empati yang baik. mereka juga dapat memonitor pekerjaan masing-masing karyawan dengan baik dan selalu bertanya apakah ada kesulitan / kendala atau tidak.
