    The good thingsLingkungan yang positif dan saling support. Setiap divisi sangat friendly dengan karyawan baru. Tidak memandang junior ataupun senior. Ini merupakan hal yang positif untuk bisa di gunakan kepada perusahaan-perusahaan lain.
    The challengesPengalaman internship yang sangat berharga dalam melaksanakan project-project baru khususnya di perusahaan financial / banking. Selama kita masih berkeinginan penuh untuk bisa menguasai pekerjaan tersebut, maka hal-hal yang sulit akan terasa lebih mudah untuk dikerjakan.

    my bad experience
    The good thingsthe security in adira was nice, super polite, so thats all i can say
    The challenges1. didnt get enough support and direction from boss that made a huge gap 2. inflexible place to work at, had to sit on my chair all the time although i think its okay to not be on my chair as long as the job is done and you dont need me to help on anything 3. some projects with similar aims were created by different divisions and were crashing one another 4. not every division can work well bc you have to approach the person because the emails and texts you have sent is ignored 5. jobdesc wasnt clear that i once had to help finishing this thing and no one else wanted to do that so i was stucked with that job for months 6. very difficult to get a raise, promotion, unless you're close enough with your boss 7. and arent you especially as a boss supposed to check on a rumour first before shooting it at your employee whether the rumour was true or false?
