    Perusahaan BUMKC, punya atasan toxic dari sisi komunikasi dan koordinasi, kerja selalu lebih dari 40 jam seminggu tanpa tambahan lembur, pihak management bisa cut karyawan kapanpun tanpa one month notice, tidak ada asuransi sama sekali
