    My very good research final project in Balangan Coal subsidiary PT Adaro Mining especially in engineering departement.
    The good thingsEnviroment work is good, bright future, and more knowledge in coal mining. Also the management kind and healthy standard first.
    The challengesPresent my idea from campuss too much policy, so must learnt knowledge and skill with experts in this company well.
