    The good thingsOpen and willing to support and to consider every aspiration from its employee. Very good management, applied meritocracy culture, royal to use reputable 3rd party for a better service as long as its function is real felt by the company. Able to hire highly acknowledged professional. Great vision in set a complete energy business company (from downstream to end users), none coal mining centered business like Adaro is.
    The challengesLess training and human resource development, lack of enriching human resources. No same structure found in every section, meaning gaps in a team is clearly seen. One team has manager position, another one is vacant in long period. This will affect the flow of decision and work scheme are not running smoothly. The given salary is known lower compared to competitors in common.

    Sangat menyenangkan bekerja di grup perusahaan besar seperti Adaro. Banyak pelatihan yg diberikan. Fasilitas yg diberikan pun sangat memuaskan.
    The good thingsGaji yg besar. Jaminan kesehatan dan fasilitas lainnya. Adaro membentuk karyawannya untuk terus bisa mengembangkan dirinya sebaik mungkin. Belajar dan mengajar disinilah tempatnya. CSR dari grup pun mengajarkan kita untuk saling berbagi ilmu dan rezeki dengan sesama. Adaro memang luar biasa.
    The challengesKesulitan yg dihadapi selama bekerja di grup adalah bahwa kita harus terus bisa saling memahami karakter masing2 karyawan yg kadang2 tidak sesuai dgn harapan kita.
