    it's great work here with the staff, its feel like a new family in there.
    The good thingsthe staff trusting us the trainee to make a cake and serve it for buffet, we can make a cake or something that related to pastry if the hotel on low occupancy, we also make a garnish, the staff also friendly, and take care each other including us as the trainee's in there.
    The challengesThe things what we needs we didn't have in there like waffle, and the other things like the pan, and the other things thats pastry needs we can't get in there's, everytime the staff ask for the things they needs, they always says its already overbudget.
