    The good thingsBekerja dengan sesuai dengan kemampuan, diikuti dengan kenaikan gaji yang besar, jika ingin mendapatkan gaji besar berusahalah untuk mencari peluang dengan cara mendapatkan kepercayaan dan tanggung jawab, dan bukan lah mengharapkan value diatas kualitas. Semua akan ada masanya.

    Perusahaan yang cukup baik untuk para lulusan baru dan ingin memperdalam SAP
    The good thingsProject cukup banyak, tunjangan akomodasi dan mandays saat project hitungannya cukup besar untuk fresh graduate, peluang untuk terjun langsung menghadapi implementasi/support di berbagai client sangat besar sehingga sangat baik untuk memperdalam skill SAP
    The challengesTidak ada program pelatihan karyawan baru yang diprogram secara rinci, seringnya karyawan baru akan dilepas langsung ke project site dan akan ada senior konsultan yang di-assigned untuk mendampingi, namun tidak program pendampingan sepertinya tidak di-standarisasi oleh HO (pada saat saya diterima, mungkin berbeda dibeberapa angkatan), sehingga program pelatihannya akan berbeda antar Senior . Saat idle project, training akan diadakan bila peserta karyawan baru memenuhi quota, bila tidak akan diminta belajar otodidak. Untuk kondisi yang saya alami (2 bulan idle dan program pelatihan tidak terprogram), cukup berat untuk menerima ikatan dinas 4 tahun dengan denda 250million IDR bila resign selama ikatan dinas. BIla terdapat program pelatihan yang jelas dan target penilaian yang jelas mungkin saya akan melanjutkannya.
