Today, AIJ continues to grow with a passionate team dedicated to bringing Korean beauty and lifestyle experiences to Indonesia.

    Good place to be, but compben soso
    The good thingsLokasi kantor enak pol, tempat yang bagus untuk mulai karir, leader sangat terbuka, laid back culture, work life balancenya top markotop, HQ di Korea supportif, karyawan lain ga neko2, ada training opportunities baik internal maupun diberangkatkan ke Korea. Bisa ada kesempatan handle negara lain.
    The challengespunya ruang banyak untuk belajar, but salary wise it's relatively low for some positions. compensation & benefit soso. karena lumayan laid back bisa jadi kekurangan bagi yg ambisius.
