    The good things1. Had so many free time ( you can learn more beside your job ) 2. People here are friendly and is like having a family 3. High Salary for those who lucky
    The challenges1. Management are trying to make company better 2. Usually they don't train people who just join in the company 3. They pick one person to handle many things, and not having a backup when the problem occurs
