    The good thingsRasa kekeluargaan yang erat dan lingkungan yang cukup nyaman. Terlebih tidak ada GAP antara atasan dan bawahan, semua membaur jadi satu. Meskipun outsourching, hak-hak karyawan terpenuhi dan apabila ada lembur pun tetap diperhitungkan.
    The challengesUntuk jenjang karier back office jika penempatan cabang dirasa kurang bisa berkembang. Karena yang lebih besar peluang untuk pengembangan jenjang karier hanya penempatan HO, kecuali untuk ASPR berkesempatan menjadi ASS. Dan saat ini sebagian ikut outsourching.
