    The good thingsMemberikan banyak pengalaman baru tentang management sales distribusi dan inovasi. memberikan ruang yang luas untuk mengembangkan kreativitas yang positve dalam bekerja dan membuak peluang yang luas untuk pengembangan karer.
    The challengessemakin minimnya team dengan covered area yang semakin luas membuat control mangement tidak bisa berfungsi maksimal. Akibat evisiensi tenaga kerja membuat load kerja semakin tinggi dan kurang maximalnya fungsi management.

    The good thingswaktu kerja yang fleksibel sehingga memungkinkan kita me-manage jadwal untuk bertemu dengan klien. Dan partner yang solid dan respon yang baik sehingga bekerja disini sangat nyaman. Sehingga jika kita sebagai principal membutuhkan sesuatu dari partnet langsung merespon dengan baik.
    The challengeskesulitan di pekerjaan ini adalah jika tidak memiliki pengalaman sebagai medical representative akan sulit dan lama dalam beradapatasi dengan jobdesk yg diberikan. Dan target yang diberikan sangat besar sehingga akan sulit dicapai jika outlet yang diberikan hanya menyumbang sedikit sales.

    The challengesKesulitan yang dialami selama bekerja disini adalah meng-handle beberapa outlet yang dulunya jarang dikunjungi oleh MSE sebelumnya menjadikan semua outlet memberikan keluhan terkait pelayanan MSE ke outlet bahkan sama produk yang sdh masuk tetapi cara penggunaan yg blm bisa diterapkan di beberapa user di outlet tersebut.

    The challengesWorkload, you need to manage your time wisely. Matrix reporting, you may have many bosses and stakeholders. Have a good engagement with both business and support function, it's important here.

    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang baik, lokasi kantor mudah diraih, lingkungan kantor bersih. Perusahaan ini sangat open minded dan menghargai perbedaaan. Minim diskriminasi dan penerimaan baik. Banyak bekerja dengan orang-orang pintar. Saya merasa perusahaan ini baik untuk belajar dan mandiri. Kesempatan berkarir bagus, berkesempatan untuk ke luar negri sangat besar karena sering ada training untuk 3Mers ke luar negri.
    The challengesMinim coaching, hampir tidak ada coaching sehingga seringkali lost in translation. Tekanan luar biasa dengan headcount yang tidak saturated. Distribusi pekerjaan dan job description kurang baik sehingga satu orang sangat overload dan hasil menjadi kurang optimal. Remunerasi standard, dengan workload tinggi. Pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi kurang seimbang karena sebagian besar waktu dihabiskan di kantor atau untuk urusan pekerjaan.

    Great place for interns!
    The good things3M really provides a nice working environment. Although I was only an intern, all employees treat me very well and were not hesitate to share their knowledge and experience. Unlike many other companies which only give administrative tasks for interns, 3M assigns real projects and trusts important tasks even for interns.
    The challenges3M should consider hiring more fresh graduates.
