Job Description

  • Review marketing inquiries, negotiate air freight rates with airlines, and provide competitive pricing to sales teams.

  • Monitor market rate changes, prepare bidding cost reports, and manage selling rate updates for key accounts.

  • Secure airline bookings, coordinate shipping schedules with CS and marketing, and oversee regular key account shipments.

  • Manage special account workflows, including profit-sharing tracking and submission of final shipping documentation (HAWB, DN).

  • Supervise daily CS Air Export operations, review daily reports, and step in for absent staff when necessary.

  • Ensure export screening controls are submitted via web portals and maintain daily email communications (pre-alerts, AWBs).

  • Coordinate with CS for trucking and airline arrangements; issue Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) for operational errors.

  • Oversee client volume/status tracking reports and lead preparations for internal and external audits.

  • Review and approve port charges, driver costs, vendor bills, and CS draft invoices.

  • Verify shipment document checklists, handle tax invoice processing (upload/print), and reconcile system invoices with delivery receipts.

  • Issue Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) for billing discrepancies.

  • Perform daily cost checks and reconcile airline/IATA invoices against internal systems.

  • Serve as IATA Portal Administrator, handling communications, invoices, profile updates, and agency renewals (e.g., Garuda Indonesia).

  • Oversee CASS LINK IATA renewals, manage Bank Guarantees (BG), and ensure required DG certifications remain active.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Air Export operations, including at least 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory role.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English for daily international and regional communication.

  • Strong knowledge of IATA regulations, CASS Link portal, and airline booking processes.

  • Possessing a valid PPJK license is a strong plus.

  • Possessing a valid Dangerous Goods (DG) certificate is a strong plus.

  • Strong leadership, attention to detail, and proficiency in freight forwarding software and MS Excel.
