Responsibilities:

• Manage Shopee sales & operations in the assigned market, including product listing, campaign registration, order fulfillment, store health, and achieving sales & profit targets.

• Develop market-specific strategies based on each market’s operational stage, including differentiated targets, strategies, and resource allocation to support growth and improve efficiency.

• Manage product strategy, including product mix, new product launches, product details, keywords, and category optimization to increase organic traffic and conversion.

• Manage platform activities and store health, including campaigns, promotions, platform resources and subsidies, store ratings, reviews, refunds, fulfillment timelines, and relationships with the Platform Customer Manager.

• Monitor and analyze key operational data, including traffic, conversion rate, average transaction value, repurchase rate, advertising efficiency, refund rate, and cost structure. Identify issues and independently calculate profitability at both product and store levels.

• Work closely with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams on sales forecasting and inventory management
  
  

Requirements:

• Have at least 3 years of e-commerce operation experience (cross-border or local platforms are both acceptable), including at least 1 year of team management experience.

• Practical experience in Shopee Southeast Asian market sites is required; candidates with experience in the target market site will be given priority.

• Good at communication and team management, with the ability to break down goals
