PROJECT EXECUTIVE (INDONESIA)

About the role

Projects Executive role supporting events, training programmed, and partnership projects for Have Halal, Will Travel (HHWT), the largest travel and lifestyle platform for halal friendly travelers in Asia. You will manage logistics, coordination, and on-site execution across a range of initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and support events: venues, suppliers, guest lists, and on-the-day setup

• Organize training and corporate visit programmed: itineraries, transport, venues, and participant materials

• Support partnership projects: track progress, prepare documents, and follow up on deadlines

• Maintain project timelines, trackers, and files

• Be on site during events and programmed

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience in events, hospitality, travel, or project coordination

• Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure

• Strong written and spoken English skills

• Available for some evenings and weekends during events

• Eligible to work in Indonesia
