Senior User Research (Quantitative)
Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end research projects, covering both Quantitative and Qualitative research.
Develop research proposals, guidelines, budgets, timelines, and other materials required for project execution, and ensure they are aligned with research objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, taking appropriate actions to keep projects on track and resolve execution problems.
Lead and support junior researchers throughout project execution, providing guidance on research methodology, project execution, problem-solving, and deliverables, while reviewing their work to ensure quality and consistency.
Oversee fieldwork execution and Quality Control to ensure the research process is properly implemented and the collected data meets the required quality standards.
Job Requirement:
Min. 4 years of research experience in the Agency or Corporate (agency would be a good plus)
Experience in managing quantitative research projects is a MUST. Experience to qualitative research projects is an advantage.
Fluent English is a MUST.
Proficiency in SPSS, Excel, or other data processing software for quantitative.
Strong communication skills and excellent logical reasoning abilities.
