- Develop and execute the company's international expansion strategy, including market prioritization, go to market planning, and business development initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, distributors, and channel strategies to drive sustainable growth.
- Lead end-to-end market entry projects, including market research, feasibility studies, regulatory requirements, and commercial execution.
- Build and manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, strategic partners, and local authorities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure successful market launches and ongoing business performance.
- Establish and monitor business KPIs, revenue targets, and profitability metrics across international markets.
- Drive continuous optimization of market performance and expansion strategies based on market insights and competitive dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience with at least 5 years in international business development, regional expansion, or general management roles.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling businesses across multiple countries.
- Strong understanding of market entry strategies, distributor management, and cross-border business operations.
- Excellent strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively across international markets.
