About the role
As a Satpam (Security Officer), you will be responsible for maintaining security and order at the work location, including ensuring the safety of visitors, staff, and company assets. Your presence is essential in creating a safe and comfortable work environment for all parties.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise work areas
- Conduct access checks for entry and exit
- Coordinate with relevant parties in emergency situations
- Maintain good relationships with service users
- Perform administrative tasks such as incident recording and daily reports
About you
- SMA/SMK education level
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in the security field
- GADA PRATAMA certificate with active KTA satpam (security officer ID)
- Customer service skills
- Experience in airports, hotels, shopping centers, or office buildings is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in operating Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic knowledge of security management is an advantage
