General Requariments:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Supervisor or Manager position.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, closing, upselling, and cross-selling.
Create and manage membership promotions, referral programs, corporate memberships, and customer retention programs.
Develop partnerships with corporations, communities, schools, universities, hotels, apartments, and sports organizations.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, particularly Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Marketing, Google, and other digital platforms.
