Indonesia Branch Office of Multinational Multimedia Company from Taiwan is looking for a professional challenger as a Finance and Accounting Staff. 

Requirements:

• Domicile is about 20-30 minutes from Kelapa Gading

• At least 2 years of work experience in a company that sells products in online marketplaces is required for this position

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma 3 in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

• Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Accounting, Tax (Preferably)

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

• Able to operate Accurate and Microsoft Excel (Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivotable)

• Have Brevet A & B Certificate

• Responsible, detail and result-oriented with high integrity, honest, and professionalism

• Able to work in a team or individually

• Able to work independently

• Able to work under pressure

• Willing to work overtime

Responsibilities :

• Handle invoices, sales reports

• Handle schedule delivery product

• Handle Warehouse (stock opname, stock mutation)

• Recapitulate Cash and bank statements

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Handle product returns

• Make warehouse stock report

• Follow-up data samples

• Organize expenditure documents

• Make reports on the cost of expeditions outside cities transactions

• Recapitulate and Report PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Final

• Reconcile Journal

• Make financial reports
