SITE MANAGER Proyek Mekanikal, Sipil & Elektrikal (Industrial)

About the role

Site Manager to lead industrial projects on a continuous basis across Jabodetabek. Initial placement is on a project involving buffer tank relocation, piping line installation, and heating-cooling system addition in Marunda, with subsequent projects assigned according to company needs in the Jabodetabek area.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all field activities across disciplines — mechanical (piping, tanks, static equipment), civil (platforms, foundations), and electrical (cables, panels) — across various assigned projects

• Directly supervise civil work on projects without a dedicated civil Site Supervisor

• Manage supervisor, foreman, and daily subcontractor teams on each project

• Ensure all work complies with specifications (piping CS/SS304, steam/condensate, structural steel, electrical installation) and HSE standards

• Control progress, budget, and documentation (as-built, daily/weekly reports) on each project

• Serve as primary liaison with clients and engineering team

About you

• S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering (cross-discipline background is an added value)

• Minimum 5–7 years of construction/industrial project experience, with minimum 2 years as Site Manager

• Able to read P&ID, isometric piping drawings, and structural/civil drawings

• Understand HSE procedures and quality control for industrial projects

• Willing to work on Jabodetabek area projects as assigned by the company

• Able to work under pressure with tight project deadlines
