About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional to join our team on a full-time basis in Badung, Bali. This role is pivotal in supporting our organisation's growth and success by managing all aspects of human resources operations. As our Human Resources specialist, you will play a key strategic role in building and maintaining a high-performing workforce, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and creating an inclusive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.

What you'll be doing

• Recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new employees whilst maintaining accurate personnel records

• Administering payroll, benefits and compensation packages in accordance with local regulations and company policies

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with Indonesian employment laws and company values

• Managing employee relations, handling grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture

• Conducting performance management reviews and supporting staff development initiatives

• Co-ordinating training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career growth

• Ensuring compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations and relevant statutory requirements

• Maintaining HR documentation and confidential personnel files in an organised and secure manner

• Assisting with strategic HR planning and workforce development to support business objectives

• Serving as a point of contact for employee queries and providing HR guidance to management

What we're looking for

• A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline

• Proven experience in a Human Resources generalist or consulting role, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage sector

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment legislation and local labour regulations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is essential

• Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with a collaborative approach

• Experience in recruitment, payroll administration and employee relations

• A commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics in all HR matters

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced hospitality environment
