Export Import Staff
Job Description
Mengelola dan memonitor proses import & export dari shipment hingga barang diterima.
Memastikan kelengkapan dan keakuratan dokumen EXIM serta proses customs clearance.
Melakukan koordinasi dengan supplier, freight forwarder, PPJK, shipping line, dan warehouse.
Melakukan shipment tracking, follow-up, dan memastikan pengiriman sesuai timeline.
Membuat laporan dan memastikan seluruh dokumen EXIM terdokumentasi dengan baik.
Job Qualification
Minimal S1 Logistik, Supply Chain, Teknik Industri, Bisnis Internasional, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman 1–3 tahun di bidang EXIM / Import Export / Logistics.
Memahami dokumen EXIM, HS Code, Incoterms, customs clearance, import duty & tax.
Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris yang baik.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, analitis, dan follow-up yang baik.
Teliti, detail, mampu bekerja dengan deadline, dan dapat bekerja secara individu maupun tim.
Pengalaman import China, FCL/LCL, CEISA/INSW, dan landed cost menjadi nilai tambah.
Bersedia bekerja 6 hari kerja.
