SEA EXPORT OPERATION
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:
Handle full export shipment process for Sea Freight (FCL & LCL)
Prepare and verify export documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, COO, etc.)
Coordinate with shipping lines, trucking vendors, and customs brokers
Liaise with overseas agents and customers regarding shipment schedules and updates
Monitor vessel schedules, stuffing, and cargo readiness
Ensure export activities comply with regulations and internal SOP
Maintain accurate operational records and reporting
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in Sea Freight Export operations
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, B/L handling, and export procedures
Good communication skills in English
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office
