About the role

This role involves managing cargo handover processes and administrative documentation with customers, inspecting cargo units during delivery, and overseeing loading and unloading operations for car carriers at customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cargo handover processes and manage Surat Jalan administrative documentation with customers

• Inspect cargo units during handover with customers

• Oversee loading and unloading operations for car carriers at customer areas

• Follow up on abnormalities occurring at customer sites

• Update mobile applications for cargo units

• Ensure drivers and co-drivers operate at customer sites in accordance with SOP

• Perform maintenance and repairs on CCR and Wing box

• Use and maintain tools and equipment, and maintain workshop cleanliness

• Perform repairs outside the workshop area (storing) for CCR

• Conduct stock inventory for spare parts

About you

• Minimum education: SMK Teknik Otomotif or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year experience in truck or heavy equipment mechanics (mandatory)

• Experienced with engine and electrical repairs for trucks or heavy equipment

• Mechanic certification is a plus

• Possess SIM A driving license

• Understand diesel engine systems and heavy vehicle components

• Honest, disciplined, and able to work under pressure

• Willing to be placed in Bakauheni

• Experienced with field work using shift system
