Job Purpose

Support procurement and payment administration activities by ensuring accurate documentation, timely coordination, and compliance with company procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Support PR, PO, quotation, and vendor-related document processing while ensuring completeness and accuracy

  • Coordinate invoice verification, payment requests, and supporting documents to ensure timely payment processing

  • Maintain procurement, vendor, invoicing, and payment records in an organized, accurate, and audit-ready manner

  • Liaise with internal users, vendors, and Finance to monitor procurement and payment activities while ensuring compliance with company procedures and documentation standards

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Diploma degree in a relevant field

  • 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing administration, or related administrative roles

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Strong administrative, documentation, and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or manufacturing industries (preferred)

  • Familiarity with SAP, ERP, or e-Approval systems (preferred)

  • Knowledge of procurement, invoicing, and payment processes (preferred)

  • Understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and audit requirements (preferred)

  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment (preferred)
