Licensing Associate
About the role
A Licensing Associate handles business and product licensing, including OSS, SNI, K3L, MKG, Halal, and other relevant permits. The role involves coordinating licensing processes with government institutions and maintaining regulatory documentation.
Key responsibilities
Handle business and product licensing, including OSS, SNI, K3L, MKG, Halal, and other relevant permits
Coordinate licensing processes with BKPM/Ministry of Investment, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Industry, and other government institutions
Monitor license applications, renewals, and regulatory documentation
Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential licensing records
Coordinate with internal teams for required documents and licensing follow-ups
About you
Bachelor's degree in any major
1–4 years of relevant experience in licensing or regulatory administration
Experience dealing with government institutions and licensing processes
Good administrative, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage
