About the role

Kaileuang Yeelin Investment is seeking a professional and experienced Legal / Permit Staff to join our team. The role involves managing building permit processes and ensuring legal compliance across our real estate development projects in Bali.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle building permit processes from preparation to completion

  • Ensure all legal and permit documents comply with current regulations

  • Coordinate with local government offices and related stakeholders

  • Monitor regulatory updates and ensure proper implementation within projects

About you

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in legal and building permit administration

  • Experienced in handling PBG (Building Approval Permit)

  • Experienced in handling SLF (Certificate of Building Feasibility)

  • Strong understanding of building permit procedures and administrative processes

  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest regulations related to building permits and construction licensing

  • Good relationships and strong communication with local government authorities

  • Able to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and related stakeholders

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive

  • English as basic conversational, mandarin is plus

The company was established and developed in Bali since 2022 by Chinese registered architects and many Chinese real estate development experts, and currently has several resort, apartment complex, and villa projects under construction.
