About the role

This role involves preparing and analyzing monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance in all transactions, performing account reconciliations, and supporting management in audits and financial decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements

• Ensure compliance in all transactions

• Perform account reconciliations and ensure compliance with tax regulations

• Support management in audits and financial decision-making

About you

• Minimum 3 years experience as Accounting Staff (preferably with JP company)

• Experience in Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) and TAX BREVET

• Understand Neraca (Balance Sheet), Laporan Laba Rugi (P&L Statements), and Laporan Arus Kas (Cash Flow Statements)

• Understand Kegiatan Penerapan Prinsip Kehati-hatian (KPPK)

• Understand Pelaporan Pinjaman Komersial Luar Negeri (PKLN) melalui SIUL Bank Indonesia

• Understand Coretax

• Advanced Excel skills and ability to use accounting systems

• Experience working with external consultants and ability to check results and accuracy of outsourced accounting processes

• Ability to speak Japanese (advantage)
