Supervisor Legal & Compliance

Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) with related major
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in Supervisor Legal & Compliance
- Experience in multinational logistics or supply chain industry and Japanese company is preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage legal and compliance matters across logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, and domestic transportation operations.
2. Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
3. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, licenses, and permits.
4. Handle legal and compliance audits, including audit preparation, document review, coordination with auditors, findings, and corrective action follow-up.
5. Monitor legal and regulatory changes and ensure proper implementation within the company.
6. Identify and mitigate legal, regulatory, and operational compliance risks.
7. Provide legal advice and support to management and operational teams.
8. Handle legal disputes, claims, and coordination with external legal counsel and government authorities.
9. Develop and monitor legal/compliance policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
10. Supervise and coordinate the Legal & Compliance team.
