Accounting Specialist (Serpong)

Key responsibilities

  • Perform daily accounting operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Prepare financial reports and schedules in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

  • Review and analyze financial transactions to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • Assist in balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies when necessary.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors during audit processes.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

  • Support various accounting and finance projects as assigned.

About you

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Public Accounting Firm (Big 5 preferred: EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, or BDO), preferably at Senior Auditor level.

  • Strong knowledge of General Accounting, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.

  • Good understanding of accounting standards and audit processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with SAP is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
