JOB DESCRIPTION
Mengelola & mengkonversi leads WhatsApp dari Meta Ads menjadi transaksi/penjualan melalui follow-up, offering, negotiation, closing hingga repeat order
Melakukan selling melalui WhatsApp untuk mencapai target omzet & closing rate
Melakukan prospek pelanggan (hunting & farming) dan mengembangkan database customer
Mengelola database customer & aktivitas broadcasting WhatsApp
Menjalankan strategi sales, promo & conversion untuk meningkatkan penjualan
Mengoperasikan aplikasi Pancake, Ever Pro & Ecount
Memantau dan mencapai target omzet, closing rate & repeat order
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimal SMA/SMK – S1 sesuai posisi
Staff: Diutamakan pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai Sales, CS Sales, Telemarketing, atau Admin Online Shop
Supervisor: Diutamakan pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai Sales Supervisor, CS Senior, atau Supervisor
Memiliki pengalaman melakukan selling & closing melalui WhatsApp menjadi nilai tambah
Memahami proses lead management, follow-up & conversion
Menguasai aplikasi Pancake, Ever Pro & Ecount
Memiliki kemampuan Communication, Sales & Negotiation
Supervisor: Memiliki kemampuan Leadership & Team Management
