Senior Staff Internal Control

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Internal Control to oversee SOP implementation, ensure operational compliance, and analyze business processes within a hospitality, retail, and F&B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate compliance with operational SOPs across plant and business functions.

• Identify non-compliance, operational gaps, and internal control risks.

• Analyze business processes (inventory, production, procurement, and cash management) to mitigate risks.

• Conduct field testing, document sampling, stock counts, and initial issue clarifications.

• Prepare evaluation reports with constructive recommendations and track management action plans.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, or Compliance.

• Experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP / Big 4) and/or Manufacturing Industry is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes (Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, Fixed Assets).

• Proficient in Ms. Excel (advanced) & Ms. Visio/Word. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is an advantage.

• Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, high integrity, and excellent communication skills.
