Engineering Section Head

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from mechanical / electronic /mechatronic engineer

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in engineering / maintenance engineering / utility especially from medical device manufacture or pharmaceutical industry

• Communicative in English communication both verbal and written

• Good leadership skill & Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Willing to work in shifting working hour

• Willing to be placed in KITIC - Cikarang

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and control predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and availability

• Ensure operational reliability, accelerate breakdown response, and control energy consumption, spare parts, and maintenance costs efficiently

• Supervise improvement projects and ensure implementation is completed according to targets, schedules, and company standards.

• Control the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) arising from audits, inspections, or utility failures until completion within the established target.

• Develop team competency, engagement, and participation through training, coaching, and company engagement programs to improve team capability and contribution

• Implement and supervise the implementation of work according to occupational safety and health procedures in the work area in accordance with company policies, standards, and regulations.
