Housekeeping Full Time Daily Working

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Full Time to join our team at PT. Morialand Berkat Cemerlang in Bali. This is a full-time position based in our Bali location (Canggu area), working on a daily basis to ensure our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests and staff, directly contributing to their comfort and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to established standards

• Change bed linens, replenish toiletries, and ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies

• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors

• Vacuum carpets and sweep and mop floors throughout assigned areas

• Dust furniture, fixtures, and décor items while being careful with valuable or delicate objects

• Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately

• Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to supervisors

• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working order

• Follow health and safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly

• Respond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning needs

• Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently and maintain team standards

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel cleaning roles

• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

• Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderately heavy items

• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Basic understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemical safety

• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

• Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by operational needs

• Willingness to learn and adapt to our established cleaning procedures and standards
