Engineering Supervisor

About the role

The Engineering Team is responsible for preparing all engineering and maintenance operations before a property officially opens.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up engineering systems and equipment before opening

• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

• Ensure all facilities and equipment are functioning properly and safely

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams

• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance checks

• Help maintain engineering records, reports, and documentation

• Support daily engineering operations during the pre-opening period

• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

About you

• Experience in engineering, maintenance, or hotel/building operations is preferred

• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or air-conditioning systems

• Able to work in a fast-paced pre-opening environment

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail

• Willing to work flexible hours if needed
