PPIC Planner dan Iventory Control
About the role
This is a Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) position responsible for coordinating production schedules, optimising manufacturing processes, and ensuring timely delivery across sales, production, purchasing, and warehouse functions.
Key responsibilities
Prepare Production Schedules (daily, weekly, monthly)
Reduce changeover time and production losses
Determine production priorities
Coordinate between Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments
Ensure on-time delivery
About you
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Operations Management, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of work experience in the same position (PPIC / Production Planning & Inventory Control), preferably from manufacturing industry (ceramic, tile, or process-based/mass production manufacturing preferred)
Understanding of supply chain management concepts, machine capacity planning, and production scheduling
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar manufacturing systems)
Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments
