Hair & Scalp Consultant / Beauty Consultant

About the role

Provide initial consultation to customers regarding hair and scalp condition and treatment needs. Identify customer needs, concerns, and goals to recommend suitable treatments or products. Explain benefits, procedures, product usage, and aftercare to customers in easy-to-understand language. Assist customers in selecting appropriate Revair treatments and products based on consultation results and professional recommendations. Conduct follow-up with customers after consultation or treatment to maintain relationships and enhance customer experience. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to increase repeat visits and customer loyalty. Handle customer questions and needs via WhatsApp, social media, and directly at outlets/clinics. Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and operational teams to ensure customer needs are addressed properly. Help achieve company sales targets through consultative approach and good service. Maintain Revair image and service standards professionally.

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/D3/S1, open to all majors

• Experience as Beauty Consultant, Sales Consultant, Customer Service, Frontliner, or similar position is a plus

• Fresh graduates welcome to apply

• Interest in beauty, hair care, scalp care, and wellness

• Communicative, confident, friendly, and able to build customer relationships

• Good selling and negotiation skills

• Customer and target-oriented

• Neat and professional appearance

• Able to work individually and in teams

• Willing to undergo training on hair and scalp care, products, treatments, and customer consultation
