Legal Manager

Requirements:

• Male, graduated from law (minimum bachelor of law degree/S1 hukum).

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in legal field including experience in managerial level. Experience in telecommunication industry is a plus.

• Familiar with MS Office and AI tools.

• Have research skills on law, understand business risks, can think analytically and logically.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa.

• Having lawyer license is a plus.

• Have a wide network in telecommunications industries, including to related ministries and government's supporting agencies i.e. Komdigi (previously Kominfo), BKPM, customs, Minister of Law, immigrations, etc.

• Understand and able to operate OSS RBA, familiar with Komdigi system.

• Able to confront mass organization (ormas) and local residents along with its authorities.

• Able to handle litigation and non litigation issues.

• Having work experience in a company that has gone public (IPO) or is a publicly listed company (Tbk).

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee the Company’s corporate legal, commercial legal, litigation, advocacy, regulatory compliance and data governance process in alignment with business strategy and corporate governance requirements.

• Provide strategic and practical advice to the internal stakeholders including Management, Board of Directors, C Levels, and other company’s departments concerning corporate actions, business transactions, contracts, disputes, regulatory matters and strategic initiatives.

• Lead and develop the Legal Department organization, manage its performance and resources, and provide periodic reports on the performance of the Legal Department to the Management.

• Identify, assess, and resolve legal problems such as licensing problems, patents, government relations, third party coordinations, and internal problems with employees.

• Review, monitor, track, and obtain management’s approval for all company’s agreements.

• Arrange shareholders meeting (General meetings, semester meetings, annualy meetings or an extraordinary meeting of shareholders).

• Able to represent company to attend: Police summoning, court hearings, mediations. Including, without exception, litigation and non-litigation activities

• Meet the company's needs in managing legal affairs and to fill the vacant position of legal manager in facing the company's development plans and preparing the company for an IPO to come.
