IT Operational Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Collect, clean, validate, and integrate data from ERP, MES, and other systems related to production, quality, equipment, and supply chain.

2. Support ERP system operations including troubleshooting, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining system functionality and daily processes.

3. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support operational monitoring and management decision-making.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis, system improvements, or process optimization.

5. Provide IT support and system maintenance, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems, as well as managing user access, updates, and data backup.

1. Maintain IT assets, documentation, and system records, coordinate with vendors, support system implementation and user training, and ensure overall system performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, ERP operation, system support, or related functions.

3. Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes, especially supply chain, production, inventory, and basic finance.

4. Familiar with ERP/MES systems and basic SQL.

5. Able to develop dashboards and management reports.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

7. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

8. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
