Kualifikasi
1. Minimal SMA/SMK Teknik (Mesin, Elektro, atau bidang terkait).
2. Memiliki minimal 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Teknisi, khususnya dalam building maintenance.
3. Memahami dasar electrical, mechanical, plumbing, AC, dan maintenance gedung.
4. Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office, terutama Word & Excel.
5. Teliti, komunikatif, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
6. Bersedia bekerja dari hari Senin–Sabtu.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Menyusun laporan dan mengelola administrasi pekerjaan teknisi.
- Mengatur jadwal preventive maintenance serta memonitor pelaksanaannya.
- Mengelola data, dokumen, material, spare parts, dan peralatan teknik.
- Mendukung koordinasi tim teknisi dalam pekerjaan lapangan.
- Melakukan monitoring dan membantu maintenance fasilitas/gedung, termasuk electrical, mechanical, plumbing, dan AC.
- Membantu pekerjaan teknis dan troubleshooting dasar serta menjadi backup teknisi apabila diperlukan.
