Pengalaman di bidang People Development atau fresh graduate dengan pengalaman intership dipersilahkan untuk melamar.
Menguasai Ms. Office.
Dapat menghandle audiens dalam training
Kreatif untuk melaksanakan program training.
Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas.
Penempatan di Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat.
Gambaran umum tugas dan tanggung jawab:
Mengelola Pelatihan di perusahaan dan bekerjasama dengan trainer internal atau eksternal.
Mendukung proses evaluasi kinerja karyawan di perusahaan.
Mengembankan program coaching dan mentoring untuk membantu karyawan mencapai tujuan karier.
Mengembangkan pipeline succession planning untuk posisi kunci di perusahaan.
Mengelola dokumentasi terkait pelatihan dan menyusun laporan tentang aktivitas People Development.
