Job Description
- Assist lecturers in implementing Project-Based Learning, including guiding students in developing event proposals, timelines, and execution strategies.
- Operate and manage technical equipment for hybrid events (e.g., vMix, lighting systems, streaming setups, and audio equipment), ensuring full technical readiness before and during practical lectures and events.
- Assist lecturers during instructional sessions, including supporting students in using relevant software and tools for event management preparation.
- Facilitate connections between students and industry professionals for case studies, mentorship, and event collaborations.
- Manage and maintain green screen operations for virtual and multimedia productions.
- Serve as Front of House (FOH) personnel for Nusantara Hall.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (S1/S2) in MICE, Multimedia, Broadcasting, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event production and event management, broadcasting, or MICE.
- Hands-on experience with video switching software (e.g., vMix, OBS, or Wirecast) for at least one hybrid event or live streaming production.
- Mastering the program language according to the module being taught, preferly have the related certification.
- Strong communication skills.
