Starting Salary: IDR 7,000,000 - IDR 10,000,000/month

Marketing Intelligence Agency, a subsidiary of PT Mitra Inti Antarbangsa, is hiring Tele Qualifier Agents to communicate with international prospects through outbound calls.

This is a marketing agency position focused on telemarketing and lead qualification.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to international prospects.

• Communicate confidently and professionally in English.

• Qualify leads and identify customer needs.

• Handle objections and maintain professional conversations.

• Achieve individual and team performance targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent spoken English is mandatory.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Confident speaking English on the phone.

• Comfortable communicating with international prospects.

• Previous telemarketing/sales experience is a plus.

• Male and female candidates are welcome.

• Preferred domicile: JABODETABEK.

• Candidates outside JABODETABEK are welcome if willing to relocate.

• Willing to work according to international working schedules.

ENGLISH QUALIFICATION

Candidates who pass the initial screening will take an on-site TOEFL test.

Minimum TOEFL score: 570
