Specialist QC Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Electrical & HVAC
Working Location: Site Based - West Sumbawa
Working Schedule: Regular working days 5:2 (Monday-Friday)
Some of your duties will include:
Conduct regular preventive maintenance and quality control inspections of electrical and HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
Inspect and test electrical and HVAC systems, products, and components to identify defects or deviations from standards.
Document and report any issues or non-compliance with quality and safety standards, suggesting improvements or corrective actions as needed.
Perform testing on electrical and HVAC equipment to verify functionality and adherence to design specifications.
Calibrate electrical and HVAC systems to ensure accurate and efficient operation, using diagnostic tools and software.
Ensure all preventive maintenance activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Work closely with safety officers to address any safety risks associated with electrical and HVAC systems, particularly in high-risk areas.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, test results, and repairs for electrical and HVAC systems.
Prepare detailed reports on the performance, safety, and quality of electrical and HVAC systems and provide recommendations to the supervisor for any necessary improvements or replacements.
Identify and troubleshoot issues with electrical and HVAC systems, including wiring faults, equipment malfunctions, and environmental control failures.
Ensure that all project activities comply with company policies, regulations, and standards.
What skills and experience do you need?
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role as Inspector Quality Control/ Quality Assurance Electrical & HV AC in the Operations Facilities Maintenance/ Project Development and EPC/ Construction Industry;
Relevant technical certification or associate's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field;
Preferable have relevant professional certification, such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or ASQ Certified Quality Auditor; Have knowledge and familiar with application of quality management systems, standards, and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001;
Able to coordinate maintenance and inspection activities across departments, provide technical support for preventive maintenance and quality control standards, and effectively monitor and manage spare parts and tools inventory for electrical and HVAC systems.
Able to troubleshoot electrical and HVAC system issues using systematic diagnostic methods, while ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company maintenance policies; identifying and mitigating operational risks in coordination with safety officers; maintaining accurate inspection, maintenance, and testing records; and preparing detailed performance and safety reports with actionable improvement recommendations.
