Presales Engineer

Job Description :

•  Gather technical requirements from customers and design reliable, scalable IT infrastructure solutions that align with customer business needs.

•  Create and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions for customers when required.

•  Develop technical proposals and prepare Bills of Materials (BoM) based on the designed solutions.

•  Coordinate with external parties (vendors, principals, and distributors) to obtain pricing, demo equipment, and technical specifications required for solution design.

•  Provide customer-facing technical pre-sales support to assist the Sales Team throughout the sales cycle.

Job Requirements :

•  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (Computer Science/Telecommunications or related field).

•  Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•  Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Presales Engineer or Engineer.

•  Fluent in spoken and written English.

•  Hardworking and able to work under pressure.

•  Able to work in a team, self-motivated, and have a strong desire to learn.

•  Possess good knowledge of various IT technologies (Security, Networking, Unified Communications, Servers, Storage, Virtualization, etc.).
